reserved exclusively by FinSoft, LLC.
Restrictions:

activity is expressly permitted by
applicable law notwithstanding this
limitation; or create derivative works
in ABL-Help.

of Components. The ABL-Help file may not
be separated for use on more than one
computer nor bundled with other products
in any part or combination. Any
proprietary notices, and this license
AGREEMENT, and labels may not be removed
from these pages.

COPYRIGHT.
All title,
ownership rights, copyrights and
intellectual property rights in and to
ABL-Help (including but not limited to
any text, images, photographs,
animations, video, audio, music, screen
designs, database layouts, and applets,
incorporated into the ABL-Help program
and other associated pages that are part
of the collection of pages within
ABL-Help), the accompanying printed
materials, and any copies or content of
the ABL-Help program and the website,
are owned by FinSoft, LLC. This
License gives you no rights to such
content and no other rights may be
assumed.
The ABL-Help
software is protected by copyright laws
and international treaty provisions.
Therefore, you must treat the software
like any other copyrighted material and
install the ABL-Help program on a single
computer. You may not copy the
printed materials from electronic
storage, disk or printed media.
If any items
in these materials are found to violate
applicable copyright laws, then the
infringing materials will be removed
upon the earlier of knowledge of the
infringement or a reasonable amount of
time from notice of violation.

GOVERNING LAW
The ABL-Help
software is governed by the internal
laws of the State of Maryland. If
the software was acquired outside the
United States, then local law may apply.
If any provision of this AGREEMENT is
held to be unenforceable as Maryland
Law, then that provision is to be
reformed only to the extent necessary to
make it enforceable under Maryland Law.
If any provision of this AGREEMENT is
held to be unenforceable as
State/Jurisdiction Law, then that
provision is to be reformed only to the
extent necessary to make it enforceable
under State/Jurisdiction Law. All
other provisions of this AGREEMENT will
be unaltered, retained and maintained as
enforceable under Maryland Law.
5.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
Californians have rights to the
following information pursuant to
California Civil Code Section 1789.3 and
California Business and Professions Code
Section 17538. FinSoft, LLC reserves the
right to change its pricing at any time.
